This paper presents a game-theoretic security analysis of the Esoterix Protocol, focusing on its integration with Binance's API and the use of external oracles in decentralized finance (DeFi). It models potential attacks and defenses using strategic game theory (including Nash equilibrium and Stackelberg models) to identify optimal defensive strategies and equilibrium outcomes. The analysis considers various attack vectors such as oracle manipulation, Sybil attacks, front-running exploits, smart contract reentrancy, and abuses of the Binance API. The paper also provides formal security proofs to validate the system’s cryptographic and operational security, proposing mitigations such as reentrancy guards and decentralized oracles. The goal is to ensure the system’s robustness against adversarial strategies while preserving the economic incentives for both attackers and defenders.
