DEVINE OS
The Capital Coordination Operating System

Devine OS is an operating system for institutional DeFi and the DeFi user ecosystem that combines our customized ERC-4626 vaults with a deterministic settlement engine and an off-chain execution SDK to bridge sophisticated alpha yields to DeFi every counterparty and process is transparent, auditable, peer-to-peer, and cryptographically verifiable. When users deposit capital into on-chain vaults, they receive derivative token shares and funds are routed to leading crypto venues; when they withdraw, Devine OS communicates with the digital-asset managers via the SDK. Those managers execute strategies off-chain and return USDC, which Devine OS then reconciles and settles this flow programmatically and on-chain. By abstracting the full hedgefund capital flow lifecycle into composable, verifiable network of participants, Devine OS lets DeFi protocols, users, quants, and institutional asset managers interoperate seamlessly under a single operating system.
DEVINE OS
What Is DEVINE OS?

The capital operating system for the programmable finance era.
Devine OS is the modular execution and coordination layer for decentralized capital flows. Designed for next-generation funds, trading firms, structured product issuers, and DeFi-native users, it transforms capital deployment into programmable, composable infrastructure.
It eliminates the operational burden of capital coordination — compressing coordination between all counterparties, deposits, execution, and reporting into a single, automated, cryptographically verifiable flow.
No ops. No middlemen. Just execution.

Every component — vaults, strategies, reporting, tokenization — is modular, verifiable, and built to run autonomously. Through its SDK and API layer, Devine OS makes every part of the hedgefund capital lifecycle — from signals to deployment to liquidity — accessible and programmable. Teams can plug directly into the OS to launch strategies, route capital, manage liquidity, and build custom coordination logic.
Developers, trading teams, and fintechs can build on Devine OS to launch new strategies, issue structured products, or coordinate capital flows — all through code. It doesn’t help funds operate better. It replaces their operational DNA. Devine OS is not a fund. It’s a next-generation infrastructure layer for global capital coordination.
